If you have severe danger signs, you will be advised to go immediately to a health facility. DoctaDirect cannot provide emergency response or transport.
If you or your child has severe danger signs, DoctaDirect will advise you to go immediately to a health facility. If needed, prescriptions as determined by physician for a specific list of minor ailments.
You will first be assisted by a certified nurse trained in maternal and child health.
If needed, your case will be reviewed or escalated to a licensed doctor.
You choose a plan, enroll, and then message DoctaDirect on WhatsApp.
A certified nurse responds, asks questions, screens for danger signs, and provides guidance. Doctors step in when clinical risk thresholds are met or further medical review is required.
