Current Opportunities
Qualified Nurses (Triage Nurses)
We are actively hiring qualified nurses to support our WhatsApp-based triage and guidance services.
Role overview:
• Provide first-line medical guidance using clinical protocols
• Screen for danger signs
• Escalate cases to doctors when required
• Document consultations accurately
This role does not include diagnosis or treatment and follows defined clinical protocols with physician oversight.
Requirements:
• Nursing certification recognized in the DRC
• Experience in maternal and child health preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with digital tools (WhatsApp-based care)
• Commitment to confidentiality and patient safety
Other Roles
We periodically recruit for:
• Partner Doctors (on-call / escalation)
• Field Operations Officers
• Customer Support Officers
